Eager to break the daily grind of big city life, I quit my job of 10 years, sold my belongings, and headed east. I’ve found Thailand, and Chiang Mai especially, to be exactly the type of environment to find new experiences and meet new interesting people. Thanks to the training I received from great instructors like Pete, I didn’t have much trouble at all finding a job in Chiang Mai. Becoming an ESL teacher has definitely changed my life and is an experience that I recommended everyone try.
